About the Band

Dr. Zhivegas is a dance rock band from St. Louis, Missouri that mixes disco, funk, and modern music. They’ve performed in theaters, casinos, and festivals across the Midwest. Formed in 1995, Known for their unique blend of disco, funk, and modern music. Selling out shows in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Chicago, Headlining at Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas in 2009, Having a tribute to the music of Prince and The Resolution.  Their music style is Mashing up ’80s classics from bands like Queen and David Bowie with modern music from artists like Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Pitbull, Maroon 5, and Flo Rida.  The band has a Vegas residency, they’ve performed at corporate galas, civic festivals, and casino showrooms, they’ve recorded projects including Get Down in 2006 and The Star EP in 2011.
